New Admin and Mods

It seems all the votes are in, and it is time to announce the new Admin and 2 mods.

The new admin, making it 3 admins again, is Heartless!

Funny thing that we just found out about the system. Until Ux gets a replacement, the site will not let him leave the R34 Mod position. He can still be in others, such as General mod (as he is now), but he is still currently in charge of the R34 section as well, until there is a replacement.
